K9 Unit Officer
K9 Unit Officers work with specially trained dogs to assist in crime detection, suspect tracking, and search operations. These dogs are trained for tasks such as drug detection, explosives detection, and tracking missing persons. Day-to-day: Train and handle police dogs Track suspects and missing persons Detect drugs, explosives, and illegal items Assist in crime scene searches Maintain and care for K9 partners Where you work: SAPS specialised units, airports, border posts, crime scenes Demand in SA: HIGH
